The Role
Working within the office of the Chief Revenue Officer, the Senior
Lead Project Manager is responsible for development and execution
of key strategic projects across the organization. The role is
responsible for planning, executing and measuring the impact of
projects towards our sales and revenue performance. We are looking
for a candidate who is deeply executional with the ability to
operationalize how things come to life across priority projects.
This is a high impact role with visibility across all layers of the
organization.
WORK LOCATION - REMOTE US LOCATIONS
The Main Responsibilities
Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for highly
complex projects
Accountable for timely project completion and delivery.
Set project objectives and KPIs and establish clear measures to
successfully define and meet project deliverables and
timelines.
Analyzes work plans and schedules and develops project progress and
status reports (including executive status updates).
Reiterate scope, roles/responsibilities and schedule on a regular
basis and provide team members a single point of contact for all
project issues
Coordinate resource requirements/allocation.
Develop and distribute timely meeting minutes, to include
track/manage action items and verify they are incorporated into the
program schedule and that deliverables are met on time.
Assess/Manage risk, impacts and potential alternatives and escalate
as required to the appropriate level of management.
Employs judgment to make business decisions about things that will
impact the project, customer or company and has the authority to
stop activities from proceeding when continuing to move forward
would have a negative impact.
Ability to create a project plan from an intake (deliverables,
owners, dates, dependencies, determine resources).
Ability to work with senior leaders and hold all layers of the
organization accountable.
Work with lot of ambiguity. Ability to identify risk and recommend
solutions.
Acts as mentor and team leader to other teammates.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in managing
projects
Experience working in fast paced, agile environment. Preferably in
a commercial organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional
Some Agile/Scrum experience preferred, but not required
Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's
primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top
of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's
qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$94,420 - $125,890 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD
$99,390 - $132,510 in these states : AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND
NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY
$104,360 - $139,140 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$109,330 - $145,770 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY
TX VA WA
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a
country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as
experience, education, skills, certifications and other business
needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for
this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums
may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills,
experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales
compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for
