    General SummaryReporting to the Supervisor, Distribution Operations Training, this position will be responsible for handling all internal and external audit responsibilities. Participate in and oversee audit engagements which encompasses the maintenance of internal audit standards and the review of audit findings with their appropriate action for resolution. In addition, this coordinator will investigate and resolve all customer and internal corrective actions with appropriate documentation and liaison with suitable parties on solutions. This position is required to work onsite with flexibility to work between all New England based facilities. ---Responsibilities
    • Work in tandem with the quality department on appropriate solutions and actions needed to resolve Audit findings on an ongoing basis while proactively identifying areas for improvements to ensure certification compliance in partnership with the Distribution Leadership and other internal stakeholders.
    • Provide administrative support to support process improvements, provide solutions, and investigations for corrective actions.
    • Communicate pre-established audit schedules to appropriate parties and liaison with quality department on adjustments needed.
    • Deliver compliance requirements, reports, and findings with all organizational levels involved.
    • Provide support and liaison with quality departments and distribution management relative to Audits.
    • Organize and provide active support on implementation on all Audit engagements to ensure they are conducted seamlessly from start to finish.
    • Provide guidance and work in tandem with Audit team to convey information needed to clarify and conduct seamless flow of Audit
    • Proactively maintain and update standard work instructions and specifications to align with company advancements within Doc pro, aqua pro, and problem solver.
    • Liaison with the distribution operations management and quality managers to document and provide sustainable solutions for all internal and external distribution operations related corrective actions.
    • Capacity to understand complex issues with the ability to translate into simple and easy to understand terms while communicating with associates and management.
    • Other duties as assigned.
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • A minimum of 1 years' experience in administration, distribution operations, or relevant experience
      • Previous experience with demonstrated competence with Epicor or complex ERP system
      • Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Business Systems Applications.
      • This position is required to work onsite with flexibility to work between all New England based facilities. (Newburyport,, MA & Portsmouth, NH)
