- Financial Assistant Associate - US, Remote ROLE DESCRIPTION The
Financial Assistant Associate is an internally focused professional
responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and troubleshooting the
Analytics teams' pipeline, orders, and other financial
administrative tasks. The Financial Assistant Associate serves as a
liaison between Kantar Financial Services team and Client Service
teams in creating client facing jobs and setting up budgets. This
role would suit a motivated professional who enjoys fostering
relationships with stakeholders across the team, works
collaboratively in a team setting, excels at multitasking and
prioritizing, is detail-oriented with tasks, while embracing
independent responsibility over their work. - Oversees and tackle
issues with pipeline, pending orders, Client Lead/Project Lead
teams and Kantar Financial Services team - Setups up client facing
jobs and keeps pipeline accurate & up-to-date - Assists with
financial reporting and analysis - Partners with Client
Lead/Project Lead team to ensure invoices are correct and get to
clients on time - Works to improve the workflow for Purchase Orders
and Billing - Weekly/monthly reporting on pipeline, orders, pending
orders, aged AR, and accrued revenue - Supports the Analytics team
with new initiatives CAPABILITIES: - High proficiency using
web-based tools and MS Office (including Excel) - Resourceful
problem solving, organized and analytical, with a detailed oriented
mindset - Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight
deadlines concurrently - Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal - Reacts to change productively and displays a
solution driven approach - Strong teamwork ethic with an ability to
