Job Title:Sr Manager, HR FinanceDepartment:FinanceCountry:United States of AmericaState/Province:ArkansasCity:LowellFull/Part Time:Full timeJob Summary:Under general direction, this position manages a team of higher level individual contributors; This position requires a high level ability to make time-sensitive decisions, manage multiple competing priorities, and work in a fast paced environment. The position requires experience in a finance function and managing a team.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement new methods and procedures of finance function to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide reporting and effectiveness measures regarding escalation issues resulting in lost revenue or delay in payment (e.g., potentially negative account balances)
  • Develop and share department goals and job expectations to team members
  • Develop strategies to strengthen internal customer relationships and internal and/or external suppliers
  • Manage annual processes including performance reviews and merit recommendations for team members
  • Network and build relationships with both internal and/or external stakeholders and/or vendors by responding to financial inquiries and complaints and identify root cause and solutions to issues
  • Onboard new employees, including mentoring and training new people managers
  • Present weekly/monthly reports to leadership team sharing outcomes and next steps
  • Supervise all job contributions of teams and ensuring proactive personnel practices
  • Work with internal teams to improve account profitability
  • Provide feedback to ensure Stakeholder compliance with contractual requirements and adjust as needed
  • Strategize with Leadership or other team managers to improve processes, discuss action plans, and/or contractual changes, and achieve organizational/department/team goals and objectives
  • Assist in the budgeting process include leading budget meetings
  • Assist with applicable closing, allocation and reporting dutiesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED with more than 5 years combination of education, experience and trainingPreferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration/Management, Communication, Transportation Logistics, or related field with more than 5 years of experience
      • Ability to quickly learn a new software system
      • Ability to work as part of a team
      • Analytical/Technical skills

      • Excel, Access, SQL experience
      • Experience managing a team
