Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who
is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. The ideal
candidate must work well independently as well as in a team setting
and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate
will be highly attentive to detail and have excellent

Saturday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Hourly Rate: $18 - $22 per hour based
upon experience Responsibilities As Customer Service Coordinator,
provide support to customers after their furniture purchase,
ensuring resolution of service issues. This role focuses on
communication, coordination, and problem-solving to maintain high
customer satisfaction: · Serve as the primary point of contact for
customers after purchase · Handle service concerns such as damages,
missing items, or warranty questions · Process exchanges, repairs,
replacements, and refunds according to company policy · Communicate
clearly and empathetically with customers to resolve concerns ·
Escalate complex issues when appropriate · Maintain knowledge of
company policies, products, and service procedures Requirements:
Qualifications We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator
who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. The

service experience preferred (retail or call-center experience a
plus) · Strong problem-solving and communication skills · Ability
to remain calm and professional in difficult situations ·
Proficient computer systems, order management, and CRM tools ·
