Quarterly Retention Bonus of $1,000 until June 2023.
This Year Only - Week Between Christmas and New Year's Day Closed
and Paid by Agency.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with children and their families to become self-sufficient
by providing center-based care to a group of infants, toddlers or
preschoolers.
- Work in collaboration with a team to support children's
development needs and support parents in their role as the child's
first and primary teacher.
- Ensure that the classroom is meeting the needs of each
individual child by assisting with the daily routines, implementing
curriculum plans and by nurturing a warm, safe, healthy, and
developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Responsible for ensuring classroom compliance with Head Start,
Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, NAEYC, and
CACFP standards to provide a quality experience for children and
families in a warm, safe, and healthy environment.
- Integrate a DE&I lens in all activities, encourage
colleagues to engage in DE&I work, and contribute to our
mission of building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive
organization for our employees, clients, and partners; requires
ongoing investment in a personal and professional journey to
understand identity and address unconscious bias, power, and
privilege.
Qualifications:
- Massachusetts EEC certification required. Associate's Degree
preferred, Bachelor's Degree may be required depending on level of
position.
- Demonstrated ability to meaningfully make a positive impact on
early childhood developmental needs.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral
and written communication skills.
- Computer skills required in basic computer software and data
collection systems.
- Ability to work effectively with and meet the needs of people
from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities,
including underserved communities and people from the different
racial groups, socioeconomic statuses, nationalities, and languages
that make up CTI's clientele
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish, English/Khmer,
English/Portuguese) are a plus.
- Must have evidence of full COVID-19 immunization upon hire or
approval of a religious or medical exemption by that date
- Ability to work effectively with and meet the needs of people
from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities,
including underserved communities and people from the different
racial groups, socioeconomic statuses, nationalities, and languages
that make up CTI's clientele
- Evidence of COVID 19 Immunization request for a medical or
religious exemption
- CORI/DCF review prior to employment which includes
fingerprinting
CTI's Early Learning Program provides ongoing professional
