Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education Teacher position is available for
an elementary school with a focus on an ASD self-contained
classroom. This full-time contract role will begin as soon as
possible and extend through June 16, 2026, with the possibility of
continuation until a permanent hire is made. The position requires
on-site presence in Bristol, CT, with a 35-hour workweek, Monday
through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Teach and support students in
a self-contained elementary ASD classroom Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student
progress Manage classroom behavior and create an inclusive learning
environment Qualifications: Active Special Education license in
Connecticut Experience teaching K-6 students, specifically with ASD
caseloads Proven ability to work effectively in a self-contained
classroom setting Commitment to working on-site full time Location:
Bristol, CT (Elementary School) This role offers the opportunity to
