Job Description:

We are seeking a Device / Process Integration Engineer to be responsible for the manufacturing of GaAs pHEMT devices. The candidate will have an advanced knowledge of semiconductor materials, theory, and fabrication techniques. The candidate will be a leader in the development of new device and process technologies, continuous improvement of existing processes, and sustaining existing device process technologies. The successful candidate will integrate activities from design, thin film deposition, lithography, etching, and device testing. - Responsibilities: --- - - - - - - -Development of new process technologies and fabrication techniques --- - - - - - - -Support sustaining/operations for existing products --- - - - - - - -Ownership of product line --- - - - - - - -Data analysis (Yield, Parametric Data, Correlation studies) --- - - - - - - -Failure analysis and root cause investigation --- - - - - - - -New Product introduction --- - - - - - - -Ensure specs, photo masks, etch recipes, MES route accuracy. --- - - - - - - -Trouble Shoot and disposition of material. --- - - - - - - -Write and modify procedures and work instructions. --- - - - - - - -Plan and execute DOEs --- - - - - - - -Design, modeling, mask creation Qualifications: --- - - - - - - -BS or Equivalent with 5 yrs experience (PhD with 0-1 years, Masters with 2-3 yrs) --- - - - - - - -Strong data analysis skills using statistical software (Excel, MiniTab, Jump) --- - - - - - - -Hands on experience with fabrication equipment and process techniques (Etch, Deposition, Lithography) --- - - - - - - -Strong understanding of GaAs pHEMT device operation --- - - - - - - -Ability to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments --- - - - - - - -Familiar with Device modeling tools and CAD programs for mask design --- - - - - - - -Familiar with MES systems About Advantage Technical Advantage Technical is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all persons regardless of race, color, religion (including religious dress and grooming practices), sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy, medical condition, genetic information, mental and physical disability, political affiliation, union membership, status as a parent, military or veteran status or other non-merit based factors.
