Job Description:

We are seeking a Device / Process Integration Engineer to be responsible for the manufacturing of GaAs pHEMT devices. The candidate will have an advanced knowledge of semiconductor materials, theory, and fabrication techniques. The candidate will be a leader in the development of new device and process technologies, continuous improvement of existing processes, and sustaining existing device process technologies.
