Job Description:
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist
to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong mechanical background and experience in programming
CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires
precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work
collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Develop and
optimize CNC programs for both Lathe and Milling machining
operations, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. Must have 3
years of Mastercam 19 or up Set up and operate CNC machines,
including lathes and milling machining equipment. Conduct
inspections using coordinate measuring machines, micrometers, bore
gauges, and other precision measuring tools to ensure product
quality. Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
principles in programming and inspection tasks. Maintain tooling
inventory and ensure all tools are calibrated and in good working
condition. Fabricate components as needed while adhering to safety
standards and best practices. Requirements Proven experience as a
CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical
knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical
drawings. Proficiency in CAD software for designing parts and
tooling. Familiarity with electrical discharge machining (EDM)
processes is a plus. Experience with tooling setup, maintenance,
and optimization. Knowledge of coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
for quality control purposes. Ability to use precision measuring
instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a
