The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing process equipment in a manufacturing environment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. We are proud to offer our teams with competitive compensation and top tier benefit options. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines. Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, Associates, Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred. Proven experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Experience with high-speed packaging pr processing equipment is a plus. Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
