Manager We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to
join our team.--The incumbent will primarily be responsible for the
end-to-end delivery of projects for our Retail and Consumer Banking
business with a strong focus on digital transformation. The scope
of this position includes but is not limited to the implementation
of a new Branch Teller Application, Online New Account Opening and
a Consumer Lending Origination Application. These technology
solutions enable Enterprise Bank to execute on its strategies for
revenue generation, efficiency, customer experience, and risk
management. The role will partner closely with Information
Technology for the entire lifecycle of each initiative, including
ideation, estimation, planning, design, development, testing,
implementation, and support. The incumbent will be responsible for
managing day-to-day activities through the entire Project
Management Life Cycle, ensuring on time delivery, to cost and
quality. The Senior Project Manager must have an understanding of
Retail, Branch and Consumer banking in a community bank $3B - $10B
in size with experience implementing similar projects. Ten plus
years of experience working in banking or financial services
industry and experience managing large-sized projects ($500K - $5M)
spanning 12-18 months in duration. Experience managing project
teams (20+ resources) comprised of internal functional areas and
third-party vendors in an environment where day-to-day production
functions compete with project work. The ideal candidate will be a
creative and innovative thinker who is able to work independently,
communicate well, exercise sound judgment, and identify alternative
solutions in situations that require quick reaction. Enterprise
