Our client is an international manufacturer and marketer of
complete solutions that identify and protect people, products and
places. Our client's products help customers increase safety,
security, productivity and performance and include high-performance
labels, signs, safety devices, printing systems and software. Our
client has a diverse customer base in electronics,
telecommunications, manufacturing, electrical, construction,
medical, aerospace and a variety of other industries.
We are looking for a competitive hunter who is focused on
increasing market penetration and overall growth of our business,
who has the experience of providing a high-quality solutions
oriented approach for the development of new partners while
enhancing the penetration of our current partners. You are a
hard-working self-starter enthusiastically focused on developing
reliable long-term relationships with our partners.
As an Inside Sales Manager you are responsible for the success of
our partners providing a world-leading suite of employee, visitor
and attendee identification products manufactured by our client
through a network of channel partners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Drive sales activity to exceed revenue objectives, increase market
share and achieve growth targets in the assigned territory.
Actively prospect and pursue new channel partners. Deliver
effective virtual presentations to departments of our partners
including sales, executive management, purchasing, and customer
service. Manage and update customer profiles and opportunities in
the CRM system to ensure sales cycle efficiency and optimize
closing rates. Perform quarterly business performance reviews with
key channel partners to identify areas of opportunity. Provide
up-to-date accurate quarterly/annual sales forecasts. Develop
focused and successful business territory plans. Collaborate and
interact with Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Support
teams to provide best in class experience to channel partners.
Submit recommendations relative to changes in existing procedures,
services, new product or product line extensions, etc. to increase
sales volume. Negotiate customer contracts.
Assigned Territory: Small-Market Accounts
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 2 years in a channel sales
environment with proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience in prospecting, lead development, pre-qualifying,
building relationships and closing sales. Ability to work in a
dynamic work environment with deadline pressures. Self-motivated
and results-driven. Analytical Skills; able to drive new
opportunities through analysis of available data. Effective written
and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing to work from Lowell, MA office
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience with a customer relationship management system
(Salesforce) is preferred. Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel
and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau or other business
intelligence tools. Experience in the physical security
