We provide services and products to law enforcement, financial institutions, law firms, federal, state, local governments, regulatory agencies, political action committees, the insurance industry, and the private sector. We are growing and anticipate hiring multiple positions over the next year.We are an American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) certified preferred Continuing Professional Education (CPE) provider. We provide training on Hidden Compartments, Money Laundering Investigations, Evidence Management, Human Trafficking, Complex Investigations, and Fraud.We are a full-service investigative firm that conducts personnel investigations, fraud, internal affairs, military investigative reviews, EEOC, MCAD, Title IX, and POST Investigative Review Services (PIRS).Our law enforcement services division provides evidence room evaluations, audits, inventories, forensic accounting, evidence room design, internal affairs investigations, background investigation, policy review and development, and assessment centers.The STIRM team is looking to hire an executive assistant that works exclusively with the CEO. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and follow through and hit their deadlines.*REQUIREMENTS: ** 3 years of previous experience with a bachelor's degree* 5 years of previous experience with an associate degree* Communication skills are essential* Be a motivated self-starter* Strong initiative and follow-through are essential* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment* The new team member will be the initial point of contact for the CEO* Ensure the Executive has appropriate materials for daily meetings; prepares agendas and reports; conduct follow-up as needed.* Schedule hotels, flights, conference rooms, and training facilities* Maintains the CEO's schedule and emails* Weekly mail and bank pickups and drop-offs* Proofread whitepapers, articles, and marketing material* Track yearly expiration dates for certifications, insurances, trade shows...* Manage inbound and outbound communications and correspondence* Schedule meetings, calls, and PADtrax demonstration requests.* Ability to speak with politicians, police chiefs, CEOs, and C-suite personnel daily* Excellent time management and organization skills* Must understand the importance of and maintain confidentiality* The new team member will be the initial point of contact for the CEO* Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information is essential* Ability to always exercise a high degree of professionalism* Must possess excellent organizational skills and have an astute attention to detail with a desire to complete jobs accurately and on time* Must be self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to build professional relationships and manage competing priorities* Ability to work independently and as an effective and engaged team member in a fast-paced environment* Handle print material and trade show order* Secure airfare, hotel, and vehicle rentals when SG members travel* Oversee professional credential and CPE requirements, expiration dates* Maintain contracted client training records* Maintain Master list and files* Bi-lingual is beneficial but not a requirement* Orders supplies and maintains inventories* Must be willing to attend specialized training programs particular to the position* Must be willing to work an occasional evening or weekend for scheduled events* All weekend or after-hours work is scheduled well in advance*PROFICIENCIES DESIRED: ** Proficient to Expert in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Calendar, and Outlook* Proficient with electronic filing and management* Proficiency with Google DropBox* Proficient with Zoom* Proficient with Hubspot* Proficient with Adobe Acrobat* Proficient Windows platforms* Proficient, familiar, or able to learn iSight Case Management software* Proficient, familiar, or able to learn Clear open-source research software* Proficient, familiar, or able to learn Grammarly* Social Media savvy*PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: ** Pass an in-depth background check, including a financial record check* Pass a drug test screening* Must sign an employment Non-Disclosure Agreement* Must be able and have no issues working with cannabis clients* Must be able and have no issues working with law enforcement clients* Must have a valid state driver's license* Must understand that maintaining confidentiality is an absolute requirement*HOURS: ** M-F 0830-1700 September 1 to June 30th* M-TH 0800-1730 Fridays off July 1 to August 31st* Optional night, weekend, and holiday work for special events, scheduled in advance* Flex hours if approved in advance*BENEFITS: ** Paid Vacation* Paid Holidays* Paid Sick leave* Bonuses* Education benefits after your one-year evaluation* Sick leave buy-back option*EEOC STATEMENT: *The STIRM Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
