As part of an agile team of industry leaders you will be expected to work focus on the leading video partners and integrators to deliver on Jabra's vision of becoming the leader in Hybrid video solutions. Reporting into the Director of Channel Sales, you will use your knowledge and influence to ensure Jabra products become the lynchpin of the overall solution delivered to our channel partners. You will be expected to be a knowledge base for multiple stakeholders in the business for the Why and How video collaboration works.Operating as a key member of the Jabra channel sales team, the Sr. Video Channel Account Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, management and implementation of all activities required to manage existing and new channel partner relationships within the AV integrator channel.This role will work closely with the Jabra channel and enterprise sales teams, pre-sales, marketing and alliances to develop best-in-class strategies to accelerate Jabra's video business and growth within current and potential A/V partners. Key Responsibilities:---Deep understanding of the AV and Collaboration Channel landscape, from NSP's to GSI's---Ability to effectively partner with and support channel partners and channel account managers charged with expanding Jabra business beyond headsets/audio into video opportunities---Solid working knowledge of leading UC platforms in general both for Room Systems and the desktop clients including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet---Fundamental understanding industry trends, competitive landscape, and positioning of various solutions in the market today---Outstanding communicator comfortable with speaking to and actively engaging with a group of people with varying levels of technical acumen both physically and virtually---Ability to demonstrate all elements of the Jabra video solution lineup---Ability to present the Jabra Video offering to large groups of people---Establish the Jabra Hybrid Video Group as trusted advisors with customers and channel partners and more crucially the internal business as a whole---Be meticulous in your approach documenting and all channel interactions and issue escalations in granular detail. ---Have the agility to adhere to best-in-class engagement processes yet be malleable enough to know when to take control of the situation to "get the job done"---Develop, maintain and execute strategic partner account plans with identified partners to achieve or exceed the company's target growth and margin requirements---Develop high level strategic relationships with partner sales, leadership, marketing and technical functions---Develop, manage and present quarterly business reviews with partners to share performance metrics, communicate company strategy, identify new business opportunities, develop and implement go-forward plansJob Requirements:---7+ years video sales experience working for an AV Integrator and/or managing top North American AV Integrators.---Demonstrable Experience of working with Video Collaboration solutions---History of working with End Users and the Channel---Proven track record with working with C-Level Executives, Engineers and Sales---Certifications in Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms sales practices---Knowledge of the Microsoft MRPP program---A perfect blend of commercial and sales acumen with technical knowledge---Strong influencer and creative strategic thinker---History in working with AV Design and complex Audio and Video rollouts---Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail---Strong team orientation and ability to build and lead cross-functional relationshipsEqual Opportunity EmployerGN Audio/Jabra makes life sound better by developing intelligent sound solutions that transform lives through the power of sound, enabling you to hear more, do more & be more than you ever thought possible.
