The mission is to help Sales Representatives succeed in monthly sales goals. The Director of Sales is responsible for the sale of a business products or services in a specified district or geographical area. The Director of Sales provides ongoing support, ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.

  • Train and oversee District Sales Managers, District Training Managers and Canvas Managers
  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with District Sales Managers, District Training Managers, Canvas Managers, and Sales Reps
  • Recruiting and making sure districts are full with qualified employees
  • Interview and hire District Sales Managers, District Training Managers, Canvas Managers and Sales Reps as needed
  • Daily standup meetings with District Sales Managers, District Training Managers and Canvas Managers
  • Plan and execute weekly meetings with District Team
  • Roll out new processes and procedures
  • Create a recurring schedule for script testing your direct reports
  • Make sure office locations are in good condition
  • Set and approve spiffs, bonuses, & outings for districts
  • Make sure all processes, policies and trainings are enforced properly
  • Shadow appointments when it is required or when it is needed
  • Issue PIPs (Performance Improvement Plan) when necessary
  • Conduct one on one pipeline reviews with District Sales Managers, District Training Managers, Canvas Managers and Sales Reps weekly
  • Set up times for management and reps to go to company installations to generate more business and get customer testimonials/reviews
  • Collaborate with leadership in sales and other departments to ensure desired key district production is met
  • Ensure projects are making it to installs by partnering with the proper departments to get them what they need and learn where we can improve
  • Tracking Numbers/Reporting - Update and monitor daily reportsQualifications:
    • In home sales experience is required
    • 3+ years of management experience
    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferredRequirements:
      • Must be in good company standings
      • Must attend all meetings
      • Must be a leader in the company
      • Must know how to use excel and google sheets
      • Must be able to run meetings, training classes and perform takeovers
      • Must be able to work and navigate salesforce
      • Must be able to read, create and explain a PnL (Profit and Loss) sheetBenefits:
