• Developing comprehensive project plans
• Leading and managing project teams
• Efficiently allocating and monitoring resources
• Ensuring high-quality construction work
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Monitoring and adhering to project schedules
• Administering contracts and managing costs
• Maintaining accurate project documentation
• Enforcing safety protocols and compliance
• Solving project-related challenges
• Encouraging continuous improvementProfileThe right candidate has the following qualifications:
  • 3+ years of project management experience with a mechanical contractor
  • OR PM with commercial GC & exposure to mechanical aspects of largescale jobs
  • Preferably across Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Lifescience, and Healthcare sectors
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, ProcoreJob OfferThe Project Manager will receive:
