Full Time Psychiatric RN - Urgent Need We have partnered with a facility that specializes in providing transitional housing services to homeless men and women of Boston that is in need of multiple Registered Nurses. This is an urgent need for the facility so there is opportunity to start immediately pending a negative covid-19 test. This facility is looking to hire candidates with previous experience working with the homeless population or anyone battling drug addiction. This is an especially tough time for these men and women who are in the process of engaging in treatment geared to helping them obtain and retain permanent housing. There are currently multiple shifts available for this position. This is a 24/7 facility that also collaborates with the hospital located on campus. There will be a paid orientation period during the day shift at the beginning of this role. Please apply to this posting if you would like to learn more. This role will pay $50 - $55/hour based on experience. Qualifications Include: - Must have current up to date RN license in Massachusetts - 1-2+ years of experience with homeless men and women or people with active substance use issues - 1-2+ years of experience in community based programs - Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting - Knowledge of the Harm Reduction Model - Candidates must be available for rotating weekend shifts - Positive, people-oriented attitude with a passion for helping the homeless in Boston Newly hired employees will be required to take a covid-19 test and have a negative result before starting orientation.
