Seeking a Youth Outreach/Re-engagement Coordinator to lead youth re-engagement efforts, outreach and case management. As the youth program transitions from virtual programming to in-person programming, the coordinator will play a major role in planning and implementing effective outreach strategies and informing the transition to ensure the youth's needs are met. The coordinator will also work to support other youth development initiatives. This position requires an individual committed to youth-driven leadership and adaptable in a variety of community settings.Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30am - 7:00pm. Some nights and weekends required.Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education or related field is preferred. - Two to four years' experience in an adolescent service setting or health related position. - Proficient computer skills in MS Office are required. - This position also requires a background or knowledge of project coordination. - Community Health Worker Training Certificate preferred. - Some supervisory skills preferred. - Bilingual in English and Spanish, Khmer, Portuguese or Swahili is a plus.
