Responsibilities: Performs and produces high-quality exams on patients of all ages including portable and C-Arm procedures in the OR. Accurately positions body parts, uses appropriate exposures, and collimation. Assures that professional care is provided. Utilizes Meditech to complete all necessary paperwork, edits exams as necessary. Reviews images in PACS to and follows procedures to prepare a study for interpretation. Demonstrates knowledge of safety in the workplace to prevent accidents/injuries. Practices radiation safety measures for patients, staff and self. Assists radiologist with exams and with administration of contrast agents to patients of all ages, following department protocol. Performs related radiology services functions in an accurate and timely manner. Cleans equipment after every patient. Stays motivated to keep patients cared for in a timely manner. All work areas are kept stocked and organized. Maintains appropriate documentation for regulatory standards and the medical record while safeguarding patient confidentiality Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Radiologic Technologist/Technician MA state license required ARRT registration within one year of acquiring MA license BCLSCross Country Search Job ID #CPC-169389-03082023.About Cross Country Search
