nursing process, leadership skills, and current evidence based
clinical knowledge to assess the needs of the departments,
collaborate with health team members to coordinate patient care,
and set criteria for the quality of patient care. - Develops and

practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal
efficiency, productivity, and utilization of all resources.
Provides patient and staff education, clinical supervision, and
participates in unit-based activities (quality assessment, shared
governance, quality review, staff development in-services,
simulation drills, etc.) -The Clinical leader role is an important
role in our journey to become a Dementia Friendly Unit.This
clinical leader role will be concentrating on the Quality
Initiatives, and the Dementia Program as well as the daily
operations of the unit. -Job DescriptionMinimum Qualifications:1.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).2. Registered Nurse (RN)
license.3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.4. Three (3)
years of nursing leadership experience.Preferred Qualifications:1.
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).2. Five (5) years of nursing
leadership experience.3. Nursing specialty certification.Hours: 32
hours/weekDay/Eve FlexNo weekends or holidays required!What We
