Job Description:
This Mammography Technologist role involves performing
radiographic and mammography procedures with minimal
supervision.
Responsibilities include operating and maintaining radiographic
equipment, ensuring radiation safety, managing exam requests, and
maintaining exam room organization.
Provides patient care using appropriate safety procedures,
maintains mammography records, and retrieves films as needed.
Reports to the Lead Technologist or Radiology Manager and adheres
to safety and infection control standards.
Requires current Mammography certification, CPR certification
within 90 days, effective communication skills, and physical
ability to handle job demands.
