Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: RRT Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:00-06:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: NH Respiratory License Certifications: CRT or RRT through NBRC, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: Ability to multitask Professional patient interaction Description: This position is for a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital-wide setting. The unit includes ICU, ER, Med-Surg, NICU, and other areas. The facility has a total of 330 beds. The patient ratio is 30. The unit is equipped with Draeger vents, Hamilton vents, V60s, and High Flow equipment. The patient population includes both adults and neonates. Documentation is done using Allscripts Sunrise. Procedures performed in this role include nebulizers, vents, CPAP/BIPAP, and chest physiotherapy. Candidates with mechanical skills are preferred. The working environment will require interaction with various medical staff and patients. This position will involve floating to different units as needed. Advanced skills in respiratory therapy are necessary for this role.
