Must-Have: Rehabilitation or medical-surgical experience IV
experience Description: Inpatient rehabilitation unit with 19 beds.
Patient-to-staff ratio is 6:1, varying based on patient census.
Staffing on day shift includes a charge nurse, RNs, CNAs, and
sitters as necessary. Night shift maintains the 6:1 patient ratio.
Equipment used includes mechanical lifts, pumps, and EMR systems.
Candidates must possess skills in rehabilitation or
medical-surgical nursing. Wound care experience is preferred.
Looking for candidates who are flexible, kind, and thorough.
Floating to other units may occur, including critical care and
medical-surgical areas. Dress code requires plain scrubs. Every
