Physical Therapist Location: Newton Center, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,750 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/22/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Physical Therapist Professional license in Massachusetts Certifications: N/A Must-Have: 1 year home care experience required Description: Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities. Care is provided for patients ranging in age from birth to over 100 years. Collaborate with patients, family members, physicians, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs. Coordinate services to meet the assessed needs of patients. Utilize thorough and timely electronic documentation. Adhere to interdisciplinary communications in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Follow standards of practice within the home care environment. Weekend rotations are required once every 6 weeks. Ability to travel to assigned cases is essential. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
