Job Description Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Behavioral Health (Adolescents) We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Clinical Social Worker to deliver behavioral health services, substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, and case management for adolescents and young adults in an outpatient setting. This role functions as a Behavioral Health Clinician / Mental Health Clinician within an interdisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Perform psychosocial assessments , SUD assessments , diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide individual, family, and group counseling for substance use, co-occurring disorders, and dual diagnosis Deliver case management, care coordination, and referrals to higher levels of care Serve as Youth Behavioral Health Social Worker / Adolescent Social Worker supporting clients and families Collaborate with schools, courts, community agencies, clinics, and hospitals Maintain clinical documentation , confidentiality, and regulatory compliance Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and interdisciplinary meetings Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field LCSW, LSW, or actively working toward independent licensure Experience as a Substance Abuse Clinician, Addiction Therapist, SUD Social Worker, Dual Diagnosis Social Worker, or Community Mental Health Clinician preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient behavioral health environment
