Histology Technician - $10,000 Sign On BonusThird Shift, hours are flexible preferred times: 11:30p - 8:00am Who We Are: Southern New Hampshire Medical Center’s Laboratory (Lab) is a fully accredited hospital laboratory. State-of-the-art technology enables doctors to provide our patients with the most accurate diagnoses and the most effective treatment. About the Job: The Histotechnician (HT) reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and is responsible for receiving and processing tissue specimens for review by the Pathologist. What You’ll Do: • Performs and is proficient in tissue processing, embedding, sectioning and staining. • Operates all equipment to perform the tasks. • Uses computer systems. • Participates in department meetings, e-mail review, HIPAA, safety and accreditation requirements.
