Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Concord, NH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,430 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, New Hampshire, 03301! Shift: 12?hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 36 guaranteed hours/week 13?week contract May float to Laconia or Franklin campuses if needed Responsibilities: Provide high?acuity Med?Surg/Telemetry care (including respiratory patients). Manage 4–5 patients per shift (sometimes 6). Monitor telemetry, perform assessments, administer medications, and document in EMR (Cerner preferred). Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (RT, physicians, etc.).
