Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development activities. Support a culture of accountability and results-driven performance. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care. Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in New Hampshire with ICU experience. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Capacity to administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Strong communication skills for team collaboration and patient education.
