You'll implement individualized behavior support plans, collect detailed data, and assist in developing effective interventions. REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent Experience working with people with special needs or in a residential care setting Experience with special needs, ABA, PBS, or Trauma-Informed Care Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and non-violent physical intervention certifications within 3 months Valid driver's license with reliable transportation A degree or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred, along with a preference for candidates who are Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
