Hours: 32–40 per week | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ???? Salary Range: LPN: $31.00 – $37.00/hr (Based on experience) RN: $36.00 – $44.00/hr (Based on experience) ???? You’ll float between our Somersworth and Portsmouth locations — supporting multiple primary care teams, learning new workflows, building cross-site relationships, and making a direct impact on patients from all backgrounds. What You’ll Do As a Primary Care Nurse Float, you will: Rotate across all primary care teams, providing nursing support exactly where it's needed most Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care — in person and over the phone Support patient education, care coordination, follow-up calls, and result management Assist with clinical needs during nurse visits and provider visits Collaborate with MAs, providers, behavioral health, and family support teams Help ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care experiences Floating between both Goodwin and Families First means you become a key connector across our network — gaining experience, visibility, and the chance to build relationships everywhere you go. ???? Qualifications Current NH Nursing License (RN or LPN required) Experience in primary care or ambulatory care preferred Current BLS certification Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable ????
