ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology
Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1 years speech-language
pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is
available for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to
provide essential support within a school setting in New Bedford,
MA. This onsite contract position offers a chance to work directly
with students, assisting in the delivery of speech and language
interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language
Pathologist. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in planning
and implementing individualized speech and language therapy
activities. Monitoring student progress and documenting therapy
outcomes. Collaborating with speech-language pathologists,
teachers, and other staff to support student communication goals.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with school
policies and procedures. Qualifications: Active SLPA state
licensure is required. Experience working in educational settings
or with pediatric populations preferred. Strong communication
skills and the ability to engage students effectively. Ability to
work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Location:
