Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele RN) -
Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit -
Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment - Start Date: January 5,
2026 - End Date: February 28, 2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - Shift:
12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) - Hours per Week: 36 (72
hours biweekly guaranteed) - Float Requirement: No floating
required - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470 Registered
Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license –
Massachusetts or compact state - Minimum 2 years of recent
experience as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN - Proficient telemetry skills
and ability to work in multiple hospital units - EPIC electronic
health record (EHR) charting experience required - Current BLS and
ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) - Travel nursing
candidates only – no local applicants for this travel RN job -
Ability to commit to the full 8-week travel nursing contract (no
time off requests) Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities - Provide
high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Medical-Surgical
Telemetry unit - Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms
and patient status changes - Collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans -
Accurately document patient information using EPIC EHR system -
Deliver compassionate support and education to patients and their
families - Adapt to the needs of various units within the float
