Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the
Position We invite a dedicated and compassionate Nocturnist
Physician to join our established hospitalist team in Boston. This
full-time position provides an excellent balance of admissions and
inpatient care, with opportunities for teaching and academic
appointment. Our program offers strong peer support, reasonable
patient volumes, and a collaborative environment designed to help
you thrive. Position Highlights: Full-time, hospital-employed
position Weekdays: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM Weekends: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
(with one shift extending to 7:30 AM) One daytime weekend shift:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (covering 10 patients) Average 12 shifts per
month, 12 hour shifts Typical load: 4–5 admissions per shift with
cross-coverage of 30–40 patients Team-based care with 9 nocturnists
per night and sick-call backup coverage Opportunities for teaching
medical students and residents New Graduates Welcome Compensation &
Benefits: Competitive base salary: $295,000 for new graduates;

degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board
Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Completion of an
