Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit. Provide care expertise in cardiology, including post cath and stemi patients. Adapt to schedule adjustments to meet unit and patient care needs. Float to various units within the central PCU pool as required. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and complete documentation using EPIC EMR. Qualifications Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience in a level 1 trauma, teaching facility is required. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. Strong decision-making skills and patient care expertise. EPIC experience within the last 2 years is non-negotiable. Proven ability to work flexibly with diverse clinical needs.
