Job Description:

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Georgetown, MA and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to a designated list of named accounts. It is imperative that this individual communicates effectively with customers and internal team members to support rapidly growing businesses and ensure a successful customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop direct customer relationships using deep understanding of customers business needs.
  • Attend weekly meetings with internal teams in operations, engineering, and sales to advise of potential or existing issues/updates.
  • Run open order reports for assigned customer base to ensure on time delivery.
  • Process sales orders and request for quotations.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries via email and phone and attend virtual and in-person meetings as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Solid understanding of computer basics (Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet) and proficiency with keyboarding/typing skills.
    • Ability to multitask and learn order entry procedures, order processing and order inquiry.
    • Organizational and time management skills and a positive style personality.
    • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
