Description: Customer Service Operator (CSO)Reports to:
Warehouse Operations Manager Reporting Staff: NoneAlternate in Case
of Absence: Warehouse Operations Manager / Other
CSO'sResponsibilities: - Processes day to day order entry from
multiple customers - Process the inbound/outbound paperwork -
Verify all billing charges per assigned accounts - Assist Warehouse
Associates with inventory compliance during the order fulfillment -
Maintain direct contact with Depositor/Bailor Suppliers - Knowledge
of CAPA System and manages Customer Complaints & Quality - Report
Food Safety and Quality issues problems to the appropriate person
