Marriott International, a worldwide leader in hospitality with properties in 139 countries, is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. This position is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and hygiene which our guests have come to expect. The ideal candidate will be a committed individual willing to contribute to the team’s success through hard work and reliability. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, and related utilities. Ensure the availability of clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware as required. Properly clean and sanitize all food preparation areas as per established standards of hygiene. Assist with the unloading and storing deliveries as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and communicate any equipment malfunctions to the management team promptly. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, and take out trash regularly, maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness. Familiarity with industrial dishwashing machines Understanding of cleaning and sanitation protocols Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's Certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
