Job Description:

The Town of Dracut seeks qualified applicants to serve as Human Resources. - -To fulfill the various duties, responsibilities and requirements of the Human Resources Manager for the Town of Dracut as established by the Town Manager. - The Human Resources Manager shall perform complex technical, professional and administrative work in directing, executing and monitoring the Town of Dracut's Human Resources Department and personnel programs. - The Human Resources Manager shall ensure compliance with state and federal personnel laws and regulations and counsel staff on a variety of human resource matters. - The Human Resources Manager will be directly responsible to the Town Manager for the administration of all general town government personnel matters.

Minimum qualifications include 5-7 years experience in Human Resources management, preferably in the municipal sector, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Management or related field.
