What You'll Do: Enterprise Bank has an exciting opportunity in our
Human Resources Department! We are looking for a full time, Human
Resources and Payroll Coordinator to join our HR Operations team!
Working under the direction of the HR Operations & Payroll Manager,
the HR and Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for performing
assigned day-to-day varied administrative tasks and coordination in
support of the Human Resources Operations team. The individual will
support timesheet reporting and payroll data entry and processing,
preparing pay related calculations and payouts, payroll and
benefits interface file processing, coordinate committee packages,
review and respond to unemployment insurance claims and employment
verification requests, and other related functions. This position
is eligible to be onsite, hybrid or remote in MA, NH or ME. Hours
are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Requirements: 1-3 years related Human Resources and/or Payroll
experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
