Description Our esteemed client is hiring a Human Resource Generalist to come aboard their team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Main responsibilities include oversight on HR policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Will also help with benefits administration for the company.   • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Design employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
  • Craft employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
  • Parter with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Construct onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
  • Wield HR software to manage employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administrationRequirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
  • Skillful in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • 2-5+ years of human resources experience
  • Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
