Job Description:
Medicus Healthcare Solutions, an innovator in healthcare
staffing, seeks a skilled Physician Recruiter to join our Human
Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping
us fulfill our mission of enhancing the operational performance of
healthcare facilities while ensuring the delivery of quality
patient care by recruiting top-tier medical personnel. Located at
our headquarters as mentioned on our site (https://medicushcs.com),
you will work closely with our HR and Talent Management teams to
identify, attract, and onboard exceptional physician talent.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to
the healthcare industry. Coordinate and conduct the full
recruitment lifecycle for physicians and other medical specialists.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare
professionals and academic institutions. Utilize online job boards,
social media platforms, and professional networks to source
potential candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate
with department heads for final selection processes. Negotiate
employment terms and prepare job offers in line with company
guidelines and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with all
federal, state, and internal regulatory requirements pertaining to
hiring and recruitment. Participate in career fairs and recruitment
events to promote Medicus Healthcare Solutions and attract
potential candidates. Proven expertise in recruitment or HR,
specifically in the healthcare sector. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment
processes simultaneously. Proficiency with HR software and
candidate management systems. Excellent negotiation and
problem-solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards
and compliance requirements. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Human Resources (e.g.,
SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred. Additional qualifications in
healthcare recruitment are highly advantageous.
