Quickly become the “face" of the Credit Union and serve as a
visible leader in the local community to ensure the Organization
remains viewed as a local, trusted partner.
Thoughtfully navigate and lead the Organization through the
current economic environment.
Continue to build upon the strength of the Organization and
foster the collaborative culture that empowers employees to support
Members and the local community.
Promote the spirit of the credit union movement and the
philosophy of “people helping people”.
Understanding and experience with credit union issues such as
Call Reports, NCUA Rules and Regulations, etc…
The successful candidate will bring:
A minimum of five years financial institution experience, two of
which should be in a progressively responsible credit union senior
Thorough knowledge and work background of credit union
operations with a thorough understanding of credit union philosophy
Established track record in a Financial Services
environment. This includes experience leading: Lending and
Credit/Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
Advanced skills in leadership, human relations, communications,
organization, planning, and business development.
Success in building strong relationships with Board Members,
Management, Employees, Members, Regulators, and the community at
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain
appropriate procedures and policies to ensure operational
efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Formal education in business/finance management or equivalent is
Proficiency in written and oral communication skills.
Must present a professional, business-like appearance and
Bilingual skills and multicultural experience would be highly
