Job Description:

Duration: Temp to Perm 1 st shift Electro-Mechanical Assembler II Electro/Mechanical Assembler II (emphasis on Mechanical experience of large equipment builds, non-clean room) Essential Job Duties: Perform a variety of semi-repetitive operations to assemble precision electro-mechanical products where methods and sequence of assembly are described by production planning or detailed written instructions Reads connection diagrams Work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the assembly process Assemble fabricated parts to relatively small or light subassemblies and complete units May perform sub-assembly tests to meet tolerances and product specifications Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units; sets up and adjusts accordingly Dripping and tapping skills; familiar with use of squares, levels, and calipers May interface with engineering and quality departments Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor May require computer to record work in process Read assembly drawings Familiar with ESD Performs peer inspections Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations Educational and Experience Requirements: HS Diploma 1-3 years experience in electro-mechanical assembly Job Requirements:
