We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Residential Loan Processor. The Processor role will support the Residential Loan Officers with a variety of administrative, customer service and loan processing functions.Position Summary: Responsible for managing assigned loans in the pipeline, efficiently processing applications to ensure compliant and timely loan closings.Responsibilities include the following;Demonstrates understanding of and commitment to the Bank's ongoing mission, vision, and core values.Ensures all transactions comply with Federal and State regulations, investor guidelines, Bank policy, and procedures as applicable to the position.Work closely with Loan Officers and borrowers to gather appropriate disclosures and supporting documentation for submission to Underwriter.Obtain and evaluate loan disclosures and underwriting conditions for compliance, completeness, and accuracy.Manages and organizes pipeline to ensure quick turnaround times, especially during peak volume.Requests and monitors applicable services from third parties.Responsible for communications with attorneys, appraisers, and other vendors regarding loan status, updates, and changes.Inputs and reviews HMDA data input for data integrity.Monitor rate locks and review necessary documents required for timely and accurate delivery to the investor.Contributes to the development of department workflow to continually enhance efficiencies both independently and with the team.Fully utilizes Encompass system resources.Performs additional duties as requested or assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience with mortgage loan processing.Understanding of secondary market pricing is preferred and one must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Experience with Encompass LOS is helpful. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are a must.Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills are required in addition to the capability to be successful within a fast-paced, high-energy, busy, and challenging environment.Professional demeanor required for working closely with customers, employees, and vendors.
