Job Description:
Our experienced Software Architect is responsible for designing and documenting the software architecture for automotive radar applications. The candidate shall possess excellent software development and documentation skills. The candidate shall demonstrate a thorough knowledge of embedded SW architecture and design, digital signal processors and microcontrollers. This engineer possesses strong skills in the C programming language and software design methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for the design and testing of radar software solutions.



Responsibilities:

Architect and design embedded radar software from provided requirements.
Support code and document reviews for team members.
Estimate work in an Agile-based development environment.
Interface with development teams from offices around the globe.
Contribute current status, relevant data, and constructive opinion at team/section meetings; Exemplify consensus building and team-focused behavior.
Compliance with Company Standards and Business Conduct Requirements
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor



Qualifications:

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of embedded or real-time software development in C, including architecture, design, and development
Experience with UML and tools used for software architecture design and documentation such as Enterprise Architect
Experience with Agile software development
Experience with ISO26262, ASPICE, CMMI or other regulated industry standards desirable
Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR and proficiency with DaVinci toolset or similar is desirable
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work on a software team in a fast-paced environment. Good oral and written communications skills.
