The position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of projects related to Fluorescence-Based Spectroelectrochemical Detection of Pesticides in Water and Voltammetric Sensor System for the Detection of Toxic Metals and Organics in Water and other related projects on water quality sensor development. The position will supervise students, oversee data collection and data management, write reports and papers on the results, and administrative aspects of the project.Minimum Qualifications (Required):Education:

• PhD in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering/Science or related fieldExperience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral research related chemistry and sensor researchSkills:
    • Experience in water quality testing, as per regulatory standards, and electrochemical sensor development
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and data management
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications:
      • PhD degree, with specialization in electrochemistry and Spectro electrochemistry preferred
      • Experience with data analysis
