a DCG Associate Risk Management Consultant, you will learn to
perform interest rate risk and liquidity model validations that are
more than a regulatory checkbox. We strive to deliver reviews that
are easy to understand, exceed regulatory guidelines and reflect
our firm's years of experience as practitioners in the field. We're
looking for someone who is willing to learn, ask questions, and be

our clients ever changing needs.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Learn to analyze how financial institutions identify, measure,
monitor, and control interest rate risk and/or liquidity risk.
Demonstrate an aptitude for analytical skills and well-reasoned
judgment and decision making in identifying and conveying complex
issues and/or institution-specific strengths and weaknesses.
Develop the skills needed to provide recommendations to
enhance/improve ALM-related processes and the decision-making
effectiveness of ALCO.
Acquire the skills needed to document and communicate the
validation results and recommendations to the client.
Communications with clients are both written and verbal. The
results of a review are typically presented in a close-out call
and/or presentation to client stakeholders.
Be motivated to learn about the technical aspects of the
IRR/Liquidity systems and regulations, trends, and developments
related to asset/liability management, liquidity risk management,
and the banking industry overall.
Work closely with team members to ensure high quality and timely

Willingness to be curious and ask questions.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Experience with the regulatory agencies, accounting-audit firms, or
one or more of the asset/liability management software systems
(BancWare, Empyrean, ZM, Fiserv, etc.), is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication, time management, Excel,
and organizational skills.
Experience working with data or databases (SQL, Tableau), and/or
coding skills (python, R) is a plus.
