Established, Award-Winning Landscaping Company is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman.P&L Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman for our landscape design-build department. This opportunity is open to the right candidate as a full-time year-round position with benefits and tremendous growth potential.The Landscape Construction Foreman will manage projects including the construction of walls, patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, plantings, lighting, and more. Your duties will include working with and managing the crews through the complete construction process. The ideal candidate will: Have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Have exceptional organizational skills in all aspects of management. Have knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices. Be proficient at operating equipment / tools such as: Mini-Excavators, Bobcats, and Masonry Tools: Be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Winter snowplow/machine experience. Minimum Qualifications: Valid Driver s License with a clean driving record 3+ years of experience in landscape construction and management Must be able to pass drug testing. DOT medical card required and may be obtained through P & L Landscaping.
