Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for receiving deliveries, entering information and distribution to inspection or stock.

Job Description:

• Provide logistics / stockroom support, ensuring targets are met
• Uses existing procedures & training provided to create conduct various WH and/or ERP system adjustments as required
• Executes & ensures material accuracy and transactions are maintained to ensure full accurate alignment between physical available material compared to the inventory management/ERP system
• Conducts various counts and/or system transactions to ensure materials and system quantities are in sync at all times
• Applies general knowledge/supply techniques developed through MACOM's defined logistics processes & ERP system requirement
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of business procedures and process flows
• Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of overall MACOM logistics & supply chain theories
• Uses existing logistics procedures to solve standard problems; analyses information and standard practices to make judgments

  • Strong appetite to develop logistical & associated ERP/WH mgt system skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • knowledge of ERP/WH system (inputs, logic and outputs)
    Previous Relevant Work Experience:
    
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics and/or warehouse activities
    • Experience working with ERP and/or WH systems required
    • Minimum3yrs of logistics equivalent experience (and/or completed 3rd level studies inapplicable areas)
