Description & Qualifications DescriptionThis position works as part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) department, which is responsible for management of cyber risk across the enterprise. The role offers the opportunity to be engaged in all facets of risk management including security, privacy, and risk management. As a member of the department, the individual will be committed to overall compliance and risk management and its role in the company's continued success. The Senior Cyber Risk Analyst is a highly visible role that interfaces with key stakeholders in the organization and may also support UKG customers and Partners. The position demands an organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work and support multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong communication and detailed focus is required.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

--- Plan, coordinate and execute work assignments with business stakeholders, process/control owners, and auditors
--- Design, test and monitor controls.
--- Coordinate with controls owners,review,and collect required evidenceas neededto meetcompliance requirements
--- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new and evolving technologies, frameworks, processes, and certification programsto help manage risk for the organization
--- Support the development, implementation, and updating of relevant documentation (e.g. narratives, process flows, data diagrams, policies, standards, etc.)
--- Develops processes and monitoring to identify, quantify, analyze, and report risk and compliance status
--- Coordinates risk management efforts including identification, assessment, tracking and resolution of risk management activities
--- Identify potential risks to the enterprise based on existing risk methodology
--- Utilize industry experience and knowledge to identify and recommend business process improvements resulting in strengthened internal controls
--- Communicate progress, escalations, and issues to management and team on a timely basis
--- Assist in readiness assessments of products/services for certification and/or audit
--- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management Qualifications--- 3 - 5 years of work experience in risk management and/or related functions (such as IT audit or IT Risk Management)
--- Working experience with relevant standards such as ISO, ITIL, COSO, COBIT, NIST, SOC, etc.
--- Working experience with risk management frameworks
--- Prior experience working with internal and external auditors
--- Experience leading compliance initiatives
--- Strong business acumen to include strong verbal and written communication skills
--- CISA,CISSP,CISM, CRISC,CCSPor similar certification preferred
--- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or relatedfields
